On August 4th, 2014 Michael Ruckman spoke as a co-keynote speaker for the ICSC Sponsorship & Advertising Conference in New York City. His topic of Experiential Marketing sparked much discussion during the Q&A session and also during the breaks. While Senteo has had many projects with shopping centers over the years, our focus has been mostly in the financial services industry. The Senteo methodology expands beyond the scope of the financial services industry, and Michael’s keynote at the ICSC conference is proof that relationship centric thinking is the next stage of evolution for the retail industry. The financial services and retail industries are similar in their goal of capturing their audience and creating continuing business with their customers. In the last few years, Michael has been increasingly asked to participate as an expert speaker on the topics of Customer Experience, Relationship Management, and Loyalty for Retailers and Shopping Centers as well. Thank you to ICSC for your support and recognition !!
