On October 5th, 2014, Michael Ruckman was invited to act as keynote opener for the John T.Riordan School of Real Estate in Miami.

His presentation on Experimental Marketing and Relationship Management covered a broad spectrum of topics ranging from customer interactions to experiential environments. Of special interest was the concept of creating meaning and progression over the course of multiple visits to a center or store. Expanding upon his own methodology, Michael introduced the concept of individual customer experiences compounding over multiple experiences to foster relationships and provide true meaning between the customer-business interaction. This new form of progression is just one way experiential marketing is progressing within the real estate industry.

Michael will continue with his series of ISCS speaking engagements at RECon in Las Vegas in May 2015. The widely popular event is a global gathering of the best minds in the real estate industry and attacts more than 30000 professionals each year. Michael is proud to bring the Senteo methodology to this worldwide event!
