Every year, Senteo gathers its team members from Las Vegas, Moscow and Madrid offices for the Summit in order to reflect on prior year’s achievements, collaborate on current projects, and have new experiences together and face-to-face as a team. Each summit provides both educational and entertainment value for Senteo’s team and helps us build stronger long lasting relationships. We’ve held this event in different countries including Prague, Egypt, Moscow, and Madrid in the past years.
This year the Summit was held at our headquarters office in Las Vegas from April 29th to May 5th. This summit was especially interesting as we had our long-time friend Joe Pine as a special guest and a speaker. Joe Pine is not only a co-founder of the Strategic Horizons LLC, but he is also a co-author of the book called “The Experience Economy” that had a great influence on Senteo’s methodology. As Joe Pine said, “Senteo understands the Experience Economy and applies its principals to banking better than any other company.”

During the Summit, new team members also went through the Customer Experience Certification course lead by Michael Ruckman, Senteo’s Founder, President and CEO, and we had a chance to observe its principals in fabulous Las Vegas full of variety of customer experiences. Everyone left the Summit full of new ideas, insights and knowledge to apply into everyday life and work.

We look forward to our next Summit in 2013!
