The goal of this project was to develop a unique and memorable customer experience for retail banking customers in Georgia.
Along with significant change to the overall approach to retail banking, this project has helped to position TBC Bank as a leader in the Georgian market.
The project included development of the positioning of the brand for retail customers, design of the new branch environments, restructuring the product portfolio, optimization of the operating model and process infrastructure, product packaging, and the development of sales and service oriented staff culture.
