This project was a complete transformation of one of the top banks in the Ukraine using all 5 elements of our methodology.
The goal was to develop a unique and memorable customer experience that would allow the bank to take a leadership position in the Ukrainian retail banking market.
Within the first six months after launch, sales increased by more than 100% including a 70% increase in sales to “new-to-bank” customers. Customer satisfaction is at its highest, customer attrition is down by almost 30%, and the bank won the “Brand of the Year” award in the Ukraine for 2007.
