This project involved all 5 areas of our methodology and was implemented over a period of two years.
Results include over 300% growth in balances, over 200% growth in average monthly sales of current account/tariff plans, over 300% growth in average monthly sales of credit cards, over 170% growth in net income, a 70% reduction in staff turnover, and customer satisfaction at 85%.
